lyrics

HEART IN HAND

As I stand still
Like the frozen sea

Beneath my feet

I find myself
Thick in thought

Like the frozen floor
Glassy eyes
As I try
To see

As the fear
Stacks up,
In front of me

As the fear
Stacks up,
In front of me

And the fire in my heart
Well it was almost out
A slow death

But the beauty and the light
And the stillness of the night
And the dark air

Becomes so loud
A roaring sound

But the beauty and the light
And the stillness of the night
Comes in time

And the layers of the ice
A kaliederscope so bright
In my mind

And alone I start to understand
And alone I stand heart in hand
And alone I understand
And alone I stand heart in hand
