Wake up, its cold but go Lace up, for all your worth Take what your body holds Step up, you must step up. She was sent to find light in the darkest of places Bears might come, but she’ll stay in the forest through all this For a moment she saw in, as trees started falling But she’s safe, and she’ll stay in the forest through all this. Sore hands in fallen leaves Kneel down by splintered trees She’ll find all the poppy seeds To make oil, to make oil. In the end, she found fire in the coldest of places She’d been working her way through the forest in all this Just in time and she’s turning as trees started burning In this story she escapes from the forest and all this. Sun rise, in her own eyes Feel the sun rise, in her own eyes Feel the sun rise, in her own eyes.

Child destined to an icy fate Brave faced and proud Stoic little girl now Tell me are you warm Tell me are you warm On this winter floor And the, child only knows to smile And the, old man replied to her And he cloaked her in winter fur He clothed her in silver And placed her, on a stool Keeping her from the winter floor Child with a jealous soul Is placed in turn, on the winter floor In a cold hope, of riches to return And, Old Man Winter comes tell me Child are you warm but Child only knows to frown and Cry and the old man replies There’s no winter Fur And there’s no silver And there’s only, the icy ground Keeping her, in winters arms.

Cast myself from here I’ve heard of songs out at sea I am well prepared, and My boat’s sturdy I know this plan of mine is not safe at all The sound from Siren’s island leads me now And my course ahead is clear Sure I’ll pass her by I hear her singing for me, but then Watch the water rise I know this plan of mine is not safe at all The mass of timber bears all weight as it falls Below the waterline it’s not safe anymore Reach out for polystyrene and float for shore.

Three daughters, beauty untold But one among them, the people held up to behold A beauty so pure and new. The people strew her with gifts and praise They didn’t see a deep anger brewing, a jealous heart Her admirers parted, for the locks and the curls. Am I Venus to be eclipsed by a mortal girl. And she wanders, burdened and alone Her heart plundered by a jealous god Her true beauty was lost and left unknown In her palace she sat, until dark, Her love, true love, gave her back her heart And in the morning parted Darkness keeping their love true And the people they couldn’t see They said that he must be revealed And doubt grew, In her mind and body, That knew so well the smell of you And one fateful night she unveiled Love And love fell and love fell. All she had was, falling back from her All she wanted, keep herself under In the darkness, their love was strong and true All she had was falling back from her And she wanders burdened and alone Her heart plundered by a jealous God Her beauty it was lost, left unknown.

Time is over and I know you’re gone. See you flying over, held my tongue Lines I send you only keep you down Faith in weather as my love is blown. Wind was very strong today When seven ravens flew away See you far upon a hill of glass I could never climb, but still I start Build the steps I need to bear our weight Seven years to make, and six I stayed Wind was very strong today When seven ravens flew away I was taken by the wind and swept away I could not respond to anything he’d say I was taken by the wind and swept away I could not respond to anything he’d say Time is over for I’m almost done. See you flying over, held my tongue. Hope my voice is strong and calls you down. Faith in weather and my love’s return. I was taken by the wind and swept away I could not respond to anything he’d say

One winters day, in the snow she lay There was a tree, a juniper tree Nine months past and a child at last Tears were in her eye’s Of joy, and then she died. Now, the boy, white as snow, red as blood A new found love, a wicked love She cut his head, now he is dead Tears were in her eyes Of fear and devil’s lies Beautiful bird of Song he sings, for all his loves People look up above Below the tree there’s signs of life. Next winter’s day, now the boy would play Beneath the tree, the juniper tree.

Shame that I will live modestly A poor stonecutter eternally Grant you a wish now, who would you be? I’ll be a rich man, then I’ll be happy. After one year, how does wealth go? The sun still blinds me, rain wets my clothes. So I’ll be the sun now, and I’ll be the clouds. But all outlived by the rock in the ground. (Endless life I’ve found). But soon by your rock face you see A poor man’s hammer breaks off a piece. Grant you a wish now, who will you be? Be who you are and then you’ll be happy.

I have hardly known you And do not know enough to Fall in love, but I stop in awe of… I can tend to feel lost It’s not the timing, it’s just Love is not the end, but a journey. Five ships leave in the morning And I’ll try to join the one you’re in. So I flew, I flew. So from here we shall see But I’m just happy to be On our way, but what a day To be stormy. Five ships left in the morning And I couldn’t find the one you’re in To see you I must be bold But as I climbed, I lost my foothold. And I flew, I flew. Your ship sails in the morning And I can’t keep you from going.

There is life on the moon that you might hear of soon if you lean closer But they are just too far, living among the stars that look close in the water Then one night one of them shone a light and it reached the heart of Naia And she spent all her life reaching out for a love that was surely beyond her. Then she calls and she calls and she calls... I will meet you, come my love Reflected on the surface of The pond, your face so close to touch I am a lily in your light. She walked out in the night and suddenly spied his reflection before her She reached and she tripped off the side and she fell into the water She almost reached, then she drowned, but he saw as she sank down slowly under He took pity on her and granted her life, as the star of the river. Then she calls and she calls and she calls... I will meet you, come my love. Reflected on the surface of the pond. Your face so close to touch. I am a lily in your light. I am a lily in your light.

Oh Saci! 04:15
Open my eyes, the sun was high and bright, blue skies. I should’ve been up at least three hours ago. Clock broke, no way to tell the time, New socks to make me feel alright. I ran to the bus only to see it fly by. How could the day get any worse? As I stand by the roadside, I walk home, I get in the car, Wouldn’t start, put the choke on, cover my neighbour in the smoke from... Only to see the garden gate wide open, and the hutch door high, As the floor is torn up by hens running loose in the street, As the dust twists and writhes, up to the sky. Oh Saci Pererê, Oh Saci! Oh Saci Pererê, Oh Saci! Finally got into town, I was late, you were soaked. You had to wait in the rain. We rushed to the play I had tickets for, too late, again. Stopped to warm up, got some coffee and cake, As I went to pay my coins fell everywhere, I swear we didn’t find them all. It’s not how I pictured us on the floor, on our hands and knees, Searching for pennies that we couldn’t see. You had to pay, oh what a day! Oh Saci Pererê, Oh Saci! Oh Saci Pererê, Oh Saci! You caught your train, I drove home in the rain. Put my hand in my pocket for my house keys, Found a piece of paper had been slipped inside. I couldn’t believe, after such a bad day, you’d left a note, what will it say? Oh but the ink had run, your note was gone. Oh Saci Pererê, Oh Saci! Oh Saci Pererê, Oh Saci!
